Una particolare attenzione all’ascolto e al rispetto della natura sono i valori di questa azienda che dal 1912 coltiva i vigneti situati sulle pendici adiacenti il lago di Cavedine, ben soleggiati e ventilati dall’Ora del Garda. Oltre alla coltivazione,  una grande importanza viene data ovviamente all’accoglienza dei tanti appassionati che ogni giorno si avventurano alla ricerca del loro vino preferito. 

Tra i bianchi Nosiola e Chardonnay e i rossi, in cui spiccano il Rebo e l’Auro, la cantina Pedrotti ha inserito anche il Vino Santo, piccolo capolavoro che nasce dai grappoli di Nosiola appassiti, imbottigliati almeno quattro anni dopo la vendemmia.

Azienda Agricola Toblino, which organically cultivates the approximately 40 hectares of the ancient episcopal estate, and Cantina Toblino, which receives grapes from more than 600 member-growers, covering a total of over 850 hectares of vineyards. Its vineyards have become a true open-air laboratory, where research and innovation in viticulture and enology make it possible to achieve ever-higher quality standards. 

Alongside the great classics such as Gewürztraminer, Kerner, Müller-Thurgau, and Nosiola, it offers traditional red wines, with Rebo and Trento DOC Antares Brut Millesimato standing out, as well as Rosé.

Rimanendo sul lago di Toblino, non potrai non notare una struttura affascinante, che risale al 500 e si erge su una sorta di penisoletta. È Maso Toresella, sede di rappresentanza della Cantina Cavit, che qui ha fondato un centro di sperimentazione insieme alla Fondazione Edmund Mach per dare il via a progetti viticoli ed enologici destinati all’eccellenza. 

La sede vera e propria di Cavit, che unisce 11 cantine sociali trentine con 5.250 viticoltori associati, si trova a Trento, in località Ravina. Tra i tanti vini che puoi trovare in enoteca, non puoi assolutamente perderti l’Altemasi millesimato, Trento Doc di altissimo pregio 100% Chardonnay, l’Altemasi Rosè Brut e l’Altemasi Pas Dosè.
