    How do I access the video consultation?

    Shortly before the appointment, a link to access the video consultation via Google Meet will be sent to the email address you provided. You will need a stable internet connection and a PC or mobile device (smartphone or tablet).

    How do I book a video consultation?

    Click on "Book". Select an available date and time and add the product to your cart. Proceed to checkout and complete the payment.

    How do I cancel my video consultation?

    Follow the link provided in the confirmation email to cancel the appointment. The video consultation can be cancelled with a refund of the amount paid up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment. After 48 hours, a refund is no longer possible.
